Kushiro くし路 KITTE Marunouchi 丸の内店 (Tokyo, JAPAN) ★★☆☆☆

Today is more or less a "maintenance day" of this trip. After a few days in a roll with hectic schedule, we just wanted to ease our mind (and body) with as few activities planned as possible. After enjoying lunch at Toranmon Hills followed by some gaming in Akihabara, we are now ready for our final stop of the day, Marunouchi (丸の内).

I was told that there were still some illuminated trees left from the Christmas festivities so we went looking for them before dinner. Much to our delight, we managed to find the streets around Marunouchi 2nd and 3rd streets lined with beautifully lit trees creating a magical atmosphere.

Our next stop was KITTE Marunouchi across the street from Tokyo Station.

Located on the 6th floor of KITTE Marunouchi, Kushiro (くし路) is a traditional Japanese sushi and grill restaurant that offers an authentic dining experience. The ambiance combines modern elegance with classic Japanese elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The main reasons I chose this place were its proximity to our shopping destination and availability on TableCheck.

It's always nice to have an English, especially an electronic one, though it didn't cover the daily specials.

Sushi platter – They didn't offer the widest selection of Japanese dishes. For the sushi platters, there were only about three options available, and I didn't notice any à la carte choices.

This was pretty average (based on the ones I had).

Charcoal grilled mushrooms – Some charcoal grilled items from the regular and daily special menus but nothing that really caught our eyes. The grilled mushrooms were decent.
