Toranomon Hills is a huge urban development project in Minato, Tokyo centered around the Toranomon Hills Mori Tower developed by the same group who's also responsible for the recent Azabudai Hills (麻布台之丘) development. Similar to Azabudai Hills, it is built as one of city’s major business and lifestyle hubs, integrating office spaces, residences, hotels, shops, and green spaces all together.
After having lunch at Le Pristine, we took a slow walk around the area to explore the food and entertainment options before bumping into Beaver Bread Brothers.
As everyone was concerned about our breakfast tomorrow, we decided to come in for a look.
They have an in-house bakery kitchen that produces a curated selection of Japanese-inspired baked goods.
I didn't get into the act but most of us were satisfied with our choices for tomorrow's breakfast.
With most of Tokyo's cafes, restaurants, and bakeries closing early, Beaver Bread Brothers offers a great late-night option, staying open until 11:30 PM daily.
