I recently had the chance to check out the new GiGi Lucky Soufflé Pancake (生乳水果舒芙蕾) outpost at Haiya Mega Mall (海雅繽紛城) this afternoon, right after little nugget’s dim sum lesson!
Compared to their COCO Park location, this new branch is a serious upgrade in terms of space and lighting. It feels more open, relaxed, and perfect for a sweet treat.
The list of classic flavors on the wall adds a fun and colorful touch to the space.
Pistachio – I had this flavor before and went for it again. It’s just that good. The deep, nutty pistachio flavor is rich and comforting, and the shaved pistachio topping adds a lovely texture.
Peach – A seasonal creation. This one was visually stunning with decorations of large and small chocolate flowers. The peach flavor was light and refreshing, perfect for summer. That said, if I had to choose, I’d still go with pistachio on any given day!
