Patisserie Marion Crepes Shinsaibashi is back in business following a brief closure in 2022. Last time around, it was branded as 27Café by Marion Crepes and we had a rather awful experience there during our last visit. But since mom is such a fan, we decided to give it a second chance.
The crepe menu still boasts some 30+ different flavors.
As a top fan of Marion Crepes, mom has no problem waiting for her banana crepes even though she hasn't eaten anything for the past 10 hours.
I decided to join the party as well.
This crepe with tuna mousse and chicken fillet was once a favorite of mine over a decade ago, but the quality has noticeably declined over the years. These days, the crepe was so rough and chewy like an aged car tire!
Not the way we wanted to kick off our trip in Osaka!
