I briefly met up with the gang after my shopping spree in Daimyo (大名) and the consensus was that we get a quick refreshment before deciding where to go next.
While others were lining up for beverages in the basement level of the Solaris Stage shopping mall, I spotted Danny Churros next door who uses 100% gluten-free rice flour only.

All the churros here are made to order! The smell of freshly fried dough, sweet cinnamon, and a hint of caramelization~!
They have all these funky shaped churros too. Amazing!
Different flavors of churros like matcha and strawberry are available but as a purist, of course I opted for the original flavor so I could taste the sweetness from the cinnamon.
After a short wait, I finally got my sweet treat. This came with two small freshly-made churros, milk soft-serve and some sweet potatoes.
Not surprisingly, the soft serve meshed well with the sizzling hot churros but I was impressed how the sweet potatoes integrated all together as a team. Very nice!
