Initially, I wasn't planning to visit another pâtisserie this afternoon. Not when I have already visited two in early afternoon. But as soon as I stumbled upon Pâtisserie Michalak Saint Germain des Prés on my way to Église Saint-Sulpice, it quickly changed my mind.
This marked my third visit to a Christophe Michalak dessert boutique. I wasn't impressed in my first two trips so perhaps third time is a charm?

Péché mignon (€8.5) – Inside the peach dome was a base of Nantes biscuit with roasted peach compote and whipped ganache with a hint of mint.

Not a particular sophisticated dessert and I thought the acidity was a little too dominant for me.
