We took a break in action as the rain began to pour harder and harder. As there was still a lot of ground to make up before we reach Kiyomizu-dera (清水寺), we decided to sneak into Sugi Bee Garden Outlet Kiyomizu (杉養蜂園) to hide from the rain.
This was not the first time we ran into this Japanese honey supplier originated from Kumamoto. In fact, we used to have one of their branches very close to where we live!

While we waited for the rain to stop, we thought we should put our time into better use and enjoy a cup of soft-serve with Sugi Bee Garden's honeycomb. Not bad.
