It was sad to lose one of my go-to restaurants in Wanchai (ones that I know I will always get a table), The Pawn but luckily, Ichitora Ramen (一虎拉麵) is still around when I need it to be.
And surprisingly no lineup!
I'm getting their house special tonkotsu ramen like I always do.
I thought the noodles were fine but the broth was again a little greasy this afternoon. Not good!
