Last time we had a slice of marron mille crepes at Lady M, it was October 2020 and we haven't heard of the term, COVID-19 yet. More than 2 years later, I finally get a crack at one of my favorite flavor of Lady M mille crepes again.
I have to say, this is really a very good match. The layers of paper-thin crepes were nicely matched with silky smooth chestnut pastry cream, and finished off beautifully with powdered sugar and candied chestnut bits.
Very delicate.
Little nugget ended up almost finishing the entire crepe cake all by himself. He's a No.1 Lady M fan!
