Pierre Hermé Paris Gare Saint-Lazare (Paris, FRANCE) ★★★★☆

Little nugget is getting his first taste of the world's best macarons from Pierre Hermé tonight.

The timing was perfect as we had some spare time to kill off before our dinner at Saint Lazare Station. And we just happened to stumble upon one of their boutiques on the lower level of the station.

While this branch of Pierre Hermé did not have all of their summer collection of macarons available, it did offer a few of the all-time favorites including the Salted Butter Caramel and Raspberry flavor. But for me, the easy choice was the Hazelnut Praline & Crunchy Praline flavor touted for the creaminess of its hazelnut praline cream and beautiful decoration with roasted hazelnut chips.
