Since we will be taking off early tomorrow morning for Davos, we have to make sure that we check into Rocksresort LAAX early to get a good night of sleep.
Rocksresort LAAX comprises of eight contemporary and super stylish buildings all surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery next to the cable car station. It offers a total of 160 luxury apartments along with shops, restaurants and bars around the center square.
Our chalet-style two-bedroom apartment, primarily decorated with wood, combines spectacular mountain views with rustic decor and cozy alpine touches.
All the apartments are equipped with its own kitchen, a warm and inviting living room and a tastefully designed dining area.
The master bedroom is very spacious with an open view to the centre square.
The second bedroom comes with twin beds but unfortunately lacks natural lights.
Like all luxury service apartments, this comes with a spa bathroom with a steam-bath function and rain-forest shower. The only challenge for us was figuring out where to hang out clothes and towels.
Kids are in for a treat as they can take part in all sorts of different activities even during the summer when there is no snow. Soccer, biking, hiking, rafting.....
The only question for my little nugget is where to start his busy day???
Even if your room doesn't possess a stunning mountain view, you will sure get plenty of chances to enjoy the Swiss Alps by walking around the facility.
