Beans Cafe (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

A colleague is buying us afternoon sweet treats from Beans Cafe today. That would be three days in a roll that I got to enjoy exquisite pastries. My cardiologist probably won't like that idea at all.

Yuzu in White - This looks as cute as Rubik's cube. The only difference is that this one is edible.



I like the combination of white chocolate mousse, pistachio sponge cake and yuzu custard. They didn't make the yuzu custard with much acidity to offset the white chocolate and pistachio. As a result, it's too much on the sweet side but for someone with a sweet tooth, that's just fine.
