After recently sampling a number of other options in the city, I still think pretty highly of Lobster Central's delicious lobster rolls.
Obviously, there's something about the combination of fresh, sweet and tangy lobster meat in a warm, buttery bun that makes us all fall head over heels in love with it.
These toasted buns were very underrated. I thought equally successful was the tasty lobster meat and there are lots of them inside the buns!
This is still the best lobster roll in Hong Kong, hands down.
