Bakehouse is slowly becoming the neighborhood bakery that I have been waiting for decades. Since its expansion to Kowloon, more specifically Tsim Sha Tsui, I have been getting more and more chances to visit my favorite bakery shop in town.
Doughnut with raspberry jam – Again very pillowy and fluffy with the raspberry jam oozing out slowly on little nugget's first bite. Perfect.

Bolo bun with salted egg and caramel custard – A new creation or a Tsim Sha Tsui exclusive cuz I haven't seen this one before.
Well, the crust can't possibly match the crispy, golden top of our traditional pineapple buns but I like the idea of having salted egg and caramel custard in the middle. Something sweet and savory at the same time.
This wraps up a very eventful afternoon at Kowloon Park where we did lots of photo-taking for little nugget's little project. It's time to get some rest cuz we all have work tomorrow.
