Hyatt Regency Pastry Shop (Tokyo, JAPAN) ★★★★☆

The Hyatt Regency Pastry Shop is slowly becoming one of the better pâtisseries in Tokyo since pastry chef Hirokazu Sato arrived in 2013. Led by Chef Sato who has previously studied under Sadaharu Aoki, the pastry shop offers over 20 different creations by Chef Sato, including tarts, macarons, cakes and chocolates.
 


The coffee & Orange cake along with crème brûlée macarons are two of my favorites here.



The hotel has a very spacious lobby and plenty of empty seats should you wish to sit down for the enjoyment of their wonderful pastry.
