Hiroshi Japanese Dessert 宏 (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

A few months ago, we already spotted Hiroshi Japanese Dessert (宏) opening a new pop-up store at the K11 Art Mall. For those of you not familiar with Hiroshi, they are a highly regarded Japanese dessert cafe in Jordan specializing in matcha rolls.

This is a little odd that they picked the back of an escalator as the location of their pop-up store but I guess in Hong Kong, anything is possible.

Apart from their famous matcha roll, they also have a small selection of pastries (think tiramisu and blueberry cheesecake etc.) on hand. 



As usual, we went after their matcha roll and it was oh-so good. Super spongy and fluffy with an irresistibly rich matcha flavor.
