I like their slogan, "premium milkshakes at a non-premium price". Nothing wrong with saving a few extra bucks here and there.
At Once upon a milkshake, they use two key ingredients to prepare their hand spun milkshakes - ice-cream and low-flat milk. The flavors range from the usual vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate to some of the less common ones like cookie n cream, peanut butter and white chocolate. On top of their milkshakes made with ice-cream, they also have a version made with real fruit (think peach, banana and mango)!
And you have a choice between a thick or foamy shake. It's all up to you! I tried their salted caramel shake with added thickness and thought it was fairly nice.
