Little nugget got a much-needed break from his choir rehearsal in late afternoon but since he was due to re-join the group in less than an hour, we knew we couldn't afford to go very far for his supper tonight. Good news was that we managed to spot Phillips Café which has recently soft-opened at the Phillips Tower and it was just a few steps off his meeting point.
Located on the second floor of Phillips' West Kowloon headquarters, Phillips Café offers a blend of Western and Asian dishes for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks in addition to a nice selection of coffee and beverages.
I decided to get ourselves a table here early.

Of course, I had to check out some of their beverages and at 5:30pm, it wasn't too late to get my caffeine fix. The pandan coconut latte was really strong which was exactly what I needed to stay awake for little one's performance in late evening. 😂😪
Shortly after, little guy arrived with his friends. I've already ordered a bowl of udon noodles with assorted mushrooms for him. From what I've read earlier, the dishes here were mostly prepared by the catering team from Ritz Carlton Hotel so not surprisingly, the noodles were quite decent (but rather poor presentation as it came in a take-away container).
