Red Tea Cafe (紅茶冰室) in Tsm Sha Tsui is one of my go-to places whenever I needed a cup of silky smooth pantyhose milk tea but since the resumption of normalcy, the hugely popular cafe has been almost impossible to get in.
But today, my memory started coming back......they have an outpost in Tai Wo Hau! 😉

The strong black tea was combined with creamy evaporated or condensed milk, a lot of them! The rich, smooth texture and bold flavor, so satisfying! 👍
