Bumsan Organic Farm Milk Ice-Cream (Seoul, SOUTH KOREA) ★★☆☆☆

Last year when I discovered this outlet of Bumsan Organic Farm Milk Ice-cream for the first time, they were primarily an ice-cream parlour with just a handful of items on their menu.   



But since then they've come a long way in expanding their product line which now includes a variety of milk tea and coffee to go with their organic milk ice-cream. There's also a matcha flavored ice-cream made with the same organic milk added to their arsenal.



This time around, I decided to try their matcha ice-cream (4,000 won) which turned out to be a bad call. Disappointingly, it was not as milky and silky smooth as what I had last time (which was the original milk flavor). 



As one of the leading organic dairy producer in Korea, I expect more out of their milk ice-cream.
