There are live performance everywhere from singers, bands and dancers.
But hidden in the limelight are some of the funkiest restaurants in the city which is just a lot of fun to be around with. Block Burger is a classic example.
Taking inspiration from our beloved lego bricks, Block Burger serves up three unique burgers in a tiny closet space.
This is what I'm talking about. Tiny little place with only 8 seats.
The lego-block-like burgers come in three different flavors, Golden egg and cheese bulgogi burger, triple cheese bacon burger and double chicken onion ring tower burger. We have a choice between getting a single burger (6,900 won) or a set (9,900 won).
In case you're wondering, the colorful buns are made with sweet pumpkin (yellow), red velvet rice (red) and squid ink (black) respectively.
There's only another hour to go before my Korean barbecue dinner but no way would it stop me from checking out this golden egg and cheese bulgogi burger.
Honestly, it was slightly disappointing. First and foremost, the yellow colored bun didn't look yellowish at all (and no pumpkin flavor). That certainly didn't look good on my Instagram. On top of that, I thought service was really really slow. It took somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to have my burger ready, which wasn't very efficient. And I haven't even touched on the fact that there's not enough cheese on my bulgogi (and the slightly rubbery beef).
After hearing all the negative comments, if you're still interested in coming, follow the "Block Burger" sign (and map below).
