Muta Restaurant by ATUM (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

After a run of crappy food this week, we finally got the chance to sit down for a proper meal together. Muta is a Japanese influenced fusion restaurant brought to us by the folks from ATUM and with its location so close to little nugget's English school, it suddenly became a very good candidate for our lunch venue today.

I didn't have the greatest first experience dining here but I thought it deserved a second chance.

Mentaiko stuffed chicken wings, shichimi mayo – The wings were pretty nicely prepared but with the mentaiko already delivering a powerful finish for the wings, it made the shichimi mayo a little redundant.

Prawn, bisque spaghetti – The spaghetti and bisque weren't bad but I'd like to see a little more sweetness in this.

Matcha milk
– Very foamy. Not bad.

I am guessing everyone is still experiencing a hangover from our trip to Tokyo/Osaka. This probably explained why nothing tasted right since we got back.

Another restaurant that received some consideration as today's lunch venue was Cabin Crew Coffee by Holly Brown. But the inflight dining experience on the ground didn't gain much traction from us. Not after we just came back from a long vacation.
