Lobster Central (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★★☆

Lobster roll fans who have been busy getting on a plane to NYC or Osaka to fix their cravings can finally rest easy now because there's a new lobster roll specialist in town. Located in the heart of Central, Lobster Central prides itself as a specialty restaurant that focuses primarily on lobster and seafood rolls (crab and shrimp too). Do I need to say more? Well, let's dive in.  



Lobster Central's interior is dressed like a typical burger joint. I was visiting at around 5:00pm so I was expecting a crowd here. 



Yeah a delicious lobster roll ($138) served on a nice warm buttery bun. Who can resist that! Each of these babies ($138) is served on a homemade bun and stuffed full with Maine Boston lobster. That was so yummy. 



I'd like to try their truffle fries and lobster bisque too but I have a date at Seafood Room in about an hour. Time to split.
