Lady M IFC (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★★☆

Having passed over Lady M's strawberry mille crêpes in favor of their other more exciting flavors (like tiramisu, marron and cookie cream) in Seoul, I thought it's just a matter of time before I finally give in. And I did eventually give in taking a piece of their strawberry mille crêpes home from IFC this afternoon.

A "thousand layers" of lacy thin crepes (ok, I am joking. Just around 20 layers.) with strawberry accented light pastry cream and fresh strawberry slices in the middle. It's actually not bad. Very light and airy. But was it as good as the Earl Grey flavor? Not quite.
