Queen's Cafe 皇后飯店 (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

After a hiatus that lasted a few years, I'm finally back to one of my father's favorite restaurants, Queen's Cafe (皇后飯店) not once but twice this year.

Established in 1952, Queen's Cafe is famous for its local twist on western dishes like Borscht soup, shrimp toast, baked pork chop with tomato and rice, and more. One dish we always like to order here, which is also one of their signature dish, is their crab meat au gratin

The crab meat au gratin is served with sweet corn, broccoli and spaghetti. Haven't had this for years!

The shell was stuffed with fresh crab meat and mushrooms. So yummy!

Baked pork chop with tomato and rice - Little nugget almost finished it all by himself, I was lucky enough to steal a small bowl of this from him.

It brings back memory every time we return to Queen's Cafe at Festival Walk.
