J.S Burgers Cafe | Luke's Lobster (Kobe, JAPAN) ★★★☆☆

Luke's Lobster, the popular lobster roll store from New York doesn't have its own space in Kobe. Instead, it's a collaboration with local burger joint, J.S Burgers Cafe.



The bright and airy cafe is located just a few steps from Sannomiya Station.



Like most family-style burger restaurants, J.S. Burgers Cafe is heavily decorated in wood.  



First, a chocolate shake to cool myself off a bit after all the running around in the afternoon.



I have never had anything other than their lobster roll before so I guess it's time for a change. The shrimp roll looks pretty good and smells even better with the warm, buttery brioche.



This came with loads of shrimp too, albeit a little bland. Perhaps a little more seasoning.

While it's nice to get a hold of their crab and shrimp roll once in a while, it's wise to stick with the signature lobster roll as much as possible.
