Passion by Gérard Dubois on Mody Road (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

Passion by Gérard Dubois has finally arrived in Kowloon. For those of us who live on the Kowloon side, it's like a dream comes true.

Opened in early June 2012, Passion by Gérard Dubois Wanchai has been one of my favorites for a number of years now but I like the Mody Road branch even more. It's less crowded and the space is organized so much better.

Framboisie Chocolat consisted a few layers of raspberry and chocolate flavored mousse and sponge. But I thought it could carry a more contrasting flavor and texture.

La Boule Chocolat Pistache in my opinion was much better. Underneath the chocolate sphere was a delicate white choc mousse with pistachio and dark chocolate ganache. It comes with a raspberry version too.

I didn't realize that they are serving evening menu here as well and that includes bistro dishes such as coq du vin among others. I will definitely give it a try next time around.
