Pan de Pain pancake & sweets (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

Seems like all of us just can't get enough of the Japanese-style hotcakes these days so right after lunch today, we decided to drop by Pan de Pain pancake & sweets for more.

I recalled last time the creme brulee hotcake easily beat out the soufflé hotcake ($68) but not this time around. The soufflé hotcake was a bit thicker and fluffier than our last encounter. That was very nice and well worth the long queue.
