After spending the entire day in Niagara Falls, everyone was super beat up but not Jelloman. She's off to meet her friend for dinner tonight so I would be doing a solo job entertaining my in-laws this evening.
Our lack of energy meant that we won't venture out too far tonight. Just a quick supper in Chinatown, which would be a short drive from our hotel.
First before our meal, just a quick tour of Toronto's Chinatown. It was surprisingly quiet at 7:00pm.
Goldstone Noodle Restaurant (金石) came highly recommended by a couple of local friends so we decided to take a flyer tonight.
We haven't had many Chinese meals on this trip so our eyes all lit up when we saw the portion of this Fujian fried rice.

Crispy fried noodles with prawns and vegetables, another crowd pleaser.
Some vegetables to stay healthy. The deep-fried tofu very very tasty.
This brought back a bit of memory for me as there's also a Goldstone (金石) in Vancouver's Chinatown decades ago. As a matter of fact, that was our only source of Hong Kong style tea restaurant food when we first arrived in the city.
