Lobster Central (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

I have been up early a lot these days (getting old?) and well before noon time, I already found myself wandering around Central. With all the time in the world (until my next engagement), I thought I should re-visit Lobster Central for a quick brunch.



There's been a lot of rumblings going on with this local lobster roll specialist. Obviously, some of us have been fairly impressed with what they're offering at a pretty affordable price.



Looks like Rabee'a (楊洛婷) is a fan.....

While the new scallops roll and short rib roll look pretty tempting at first glance, I have pretty much decided to stick with the basics here.



Yes, their lobster roll. The buttery brioche bun is totally stuffed with Maine lobster meats. Lots of them!!!




Slightly disappointing was the truffle fries. They have to do a much better job with the fries and truffle sauce I am afraid.....
