Emack & Bolio's (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

This fall, our Facebook and Instagram are going to get a lot busier with the opening of Emack & Bolio's, an award winning American ice cream store from Boston. It's just their second overseas branch after they launched their first in Bangkok last year.



Everything here has American written all over including the music and this jukebox right at the corner.




And you don't have to worry about not having enough flavors to choose from.



Didn't their staff get proper training on how to place each scoop on the ice-cream cone? Coz this is just not going to work according to the law of Physics.



Thankfully I managed to rescue my scoop of caramel moose prints ice-cream just in the nick of time. 



We also got a taste of the almond coconut bar flavor.

Both flavors were alright but I found them to be not nearly as rich and creamy as some of the other brands. The only bright spot was the outrageously funky ice-cream cones which turned out to be rather tasty.
