EMA House Hotel Suites (Zurich, SWITZERLAND)

Zurich is the final destination of our two-week journey in Italy and Switzerland. It's not my first visit to the capital city of Switzerland but it's the first for mom and little nugget so I'm going to make the most of it.

After spending a ton of time looking for the right hotel in Zurich, I soon realized that there is no right hotel in the city. Sure, there are some nice hotels in Zurich but they're either out of my budget or simply not in a desirable area. Something's got to give. EMA House Hotel Suites checks most boxes, as it's just a short walk to our dinner venue, Mesa on our first night. It is an aparthotel so there's plenty of room for little one to run around and the underground parking will save me some major headaches of parking on the streets. Things are all good, right? Almost but not quite.

First and foremost, I really like the living room of our 1-bedroom apartment.

Right behind the living room is the dining area (including open kitchen).

The open kitchen design is perfect for space utilization.

Little one couldn't stop running around and explore the space around here.

The only knock about this place (well, not their fault) is the fact that we have 3 adults and 1 baby, and there is only one bedroom here. It was an well appointed one with elegant design and enough natural lights to work with but yours truly will be spending time on the couch for the next two nights.

This side of the aparthotel overlooks the front entrance of the hotel and the main road, Stampfenbachstrasse.

Did I mention that this is an ensuite equipped with a full bathroom?

I just love a bathroom with marbled walls. The added touch of sophistication creates a sense of luxury and refinement that is timeless.

While I was busy taking photos all around the apartment, little one showed up catching me by surprise! 😲😲

Perhaps the only real knock about this place is the view or the lack of it. As it is situated on the quiet side of the city, there is really nothing eye-catching from the windows.

When I looked back, we really started falling in love with staying in an aparthotel following this trip to Europe with little nugget around. Good aparthotels don't grow on trees but we were fortunate to have found EMA House Hotel Suites. It's a place I won't mind staying at for an extensive period of time......say, a year! 😁😁
