Omotesando Koffee K11 Musea (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

Despite the pandemic dragging on for months, there seems to be no shortage of expansion from the world's coffee heavyweights. After Blue Bottle's low-profile arrival in the city, Omotesando Koffee also quietly expanded over the harbour landing in the artsy K11 Musea.

We were spending time with our little nugget at the kid's section so we walked into the action (as it was located in the atrium area just a stone's throw from the kid's section).

I am not really a big fan of Omotesando Koffee. In fact, I wasn't even a big fan of coffee but Jelloman hasn't had the honor of trying the Japanese roaster's coffee before. So, without further delay, I raced behind the lineup and patiently waited for our turn.

While I was parked in the middle of the queue, I managed to get a copy of the drink menu. It's a short one so it didn't take long for me to decide what to get.

Iced Mochaccino - It came with chocolate syrup and toppings of whipped cream and cocoa powder.

This tasted almost like a tiramisu latte but with a stronger burst of bitterness. Not bad. Unfortunately, they didn't offer the small bites like their Wanchai outpost do to go with our coffee.

After getting our caffeine fix, we moved outdoor to enjoy some sunshine with the harbour view in the backdrop. Hopefully, we get to enjoy this without our face mask fairly soon.
