URBAN Bake n Take at Elements (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★★☆

For months, I have been waiting for Urban Bakery to unveil a new version of their funky croissant series in addition to their Ball Law Cowssant (Pineapple bun croissant), Cheese French Croissant, Molten egg yolk custard Ball Law Cowssant etc.



And finally, they have arrived - Black Panther (黑牛) and Snow White (白牛)! But since their Snow White Croissant (with runny lemony cheese filling and egg white icing) has already sold out, I was kind of stuck with the Black Panther.

The super flaky croissant came with a charcoal flavored crust. 



There's also molten chocolate lava in the middle but somehow I forgot to take a picture! (Trust me, it's very yummy!).
