Café Greenprint (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

If I ever crave eggettes, Mammy Pancake (媽咪雞蛋仔) and Oddies Foodies are the guys I immediately turn to but a number of eggette specialists have recently emerged including this unlikely participant called Café Greenprint.



Café Greenprint is a small café inside Eslite Spectrum at City Plaza that serves health conscious dishes made mostly with organic ingredients. 



These are mostly comfort food which are MSG-free.



But I was told that they're also an eggette specialist offering some really funky flavors.



I decided to check out their Korean kimchi eggettes. Well, the waffles were pretty good but I thought they weren't working particularly well with the savory kimchi. There's a bit of everything there, from salty, spicy and sweet flavors but unfortunately none of those flavors meshed.
