Passion by Gérard Dubois at Metroplaza (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★★☆

After a week of absence, I was eager to find out what's happening at some of my favorite cake shops in the city and I started my tour with Passion by Gérard Dubois in Kwan Fong.



Well, they have this new cake called Coconut Passion sitting there which I decided to take a flyer on.



I love the silky smooth coconut mousse. Very nice and refreshing; and that combined well with the mild acidity from the passion fruit cream in the middle. I like this one!
