Little Bao (Hong Kong, CHINA) ★★★☆☆

Little Bao's rise to fame has always been associated with their tasty Chinese burgers highlighted by their fish tempura bao and signature pork belly bao. After all, who could resist those hot and steamy baos with all the layered flavors?



I was just strolling around the area and decided to come in for a quick bite.



As much as I wanted to have a savory bao, my sweet tooth ended up getting the best of me and it was one of the LB ice cream baos getting the call this time around.



Salt-flavored ice cream with caramel sauce ($48) - putting those together and you have a nice salted caramel ice cream bao. Yum~
