Sébastien Bouillet Fascination (Tokyo, JAPAN) ★★★☆☆

Sébastien Bouillet, who is a multi-award winning pâtissier and chocolatier from Lyon France, has been very active in the Japanese market since 2008. He has a few outlets in the department stores including this one at the Isetan Shinjuku food hall, which we visit very often whenever we come to Tokyo.

Everything the Sébastien Bouillet brand uses are sourced locally to ensure that their products are fresh with local flavors. Maybe that's the reason why their cakes always sell fast.

This ice-cream bar shaped cake (¥476) sure looked interesting so we decided to get a crack at it.

This tasted a lot like a magnum ice-cream bar.

The pastries from Sébastien Bouillet Fascination has always been very decent. Perhaps I'll pay this famed pâtisserie a visit in Lyon sometime next year.
