There are a number of signature cakes but none more famous than their 8-layered Guava cake and 100% pistachio tart.
Caramel chiffon cake, 6/10
Super light chiffon cake matching up against handmade caramel cream and crunchy chocolate bits. The layered texture of the buttery caramel provided a very appealing bite.

Lychee and rose tea-infused panna cotta and mousse cake with a base of romantic rose aroma with fresh lychee flavor. Again very light in texture and perhaps way too soft.

The quality wasn't bad at all but they have got to make these cakes a little bigger to fulfill my BIG appetite.
