Commerce Cafe and Restaurant (Athens, GREECE) ★★☆☆☆

After a long long travel day that saw us going from Hong Kong to Rome and then Athens, we finally arrived at our hotel in the capital city of Greece. With more than 15 hours spent on the plane, we had to really catch our breath and of course some well-deserved rest. When we finally woke up, it was already dinner time. Time to venture over to Syntagma Square, the main square in Athens to look for something to eat.

Eventually, we settled down at Commerce Cafe and Restaurant, a casual diner serving international comfort food.

Seared salmon with French fries - This wasn't bad. It didn't look like it's been pan-seared at all (more like sous vide) but I was too hungry to care.

Beef Burger - Not the best-looking burger but Jelloman couldn't care less. The beef patty was pretty smoky but that's about all there was to it.

I thought the food wasn't totally bad but they weren't very tasty. But for a restaurant at a tourist spot, why expect anything more?
